Look what I found at Syfestivalen 13-15 feb 2015

Today I went to Stockholm and Syfestivalen. Now I'm happily home again with a bag full of yarn and fabrics. And I'm full of inspiration too. So many nice things at the same time.

I also bought a book "Stickarens stora mönsterbok" (Original title: The knitter's stitch Collection; a creative guide to the 300 knitting stitches you really need to know), Ottobre design 1/2014 and signed up for 3 numbres of Novita Magasin.

As you can see, I'm not out of my period of dots yet. :-)

I just had to...

...buy these beautiful fabrics when I went to my local fabric shop today to buy some zippers. :-)

New fabrics!

I've ordered some new fabrics from my favorite shop Fabicworm. Soon they will arrive to my mailbox. I can't hardly wait! :-)

 
 



Bag of sweets

I went to my local fabric store today and bought myself a bag of sweets.

Winter is still holding us in a tight grip and I felt that I must cheer myself up with some new fabrics. Books, flowers and bright green makes me believe in springtime...sometime soon. What do you think about Barbara Jones' Summertime, isn't it lovely? And Victoria and Albert Collection The Grand Tour Books Brown will be a success of all my book loving friends.

Plain and stripes

Time for some new fabrics. Just sent an order and these lovely fabrics will soon be available to chose for bags. I think Michael Miller have a lot of nice fabrics. Take a look if you want. The plain fabrics are from Robert Kaufman. I hope the color will be as beautiful as they look on picture, when they arrive.

Blackout ordered

Today I've ordered four lovely black fabrics from Z and S fabrics. The designer is Faye Burgos and the manufacturer is Marcus Fabrics. Many customers ask for black fabrics so I decided to hit for a real blackout. :)

Back in business...

Erin McMorris

This magnificent designer is one of my favourites. She lives in Portland, Oregon and her patterns has appeared in a lot of famous brands. I like her choice of bright and clear colors like in this fabrics from her collection Wildwood.
